Jazmine Jazmine, an American performer and actress, is nominated at 51st Grammy Awards in categories such as the category of Best New Artist and Top Female R&B vocal performance as well as the Top Traditional R&B performances as well as the Best R&B Songs and The Best Contemporary R&B album. Her song Bust Your Windows got placed as number 137 on the National Public Radio's list of the 200 Greatest Songs By 21st Century Women. Jazmine Sullivan, who is a vocal music specialist of the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts (PHSCPA), graduated in 2005.
